In July, the sea breeze sweeping across Qingdao carries the sweet aroma of malt everywhere!

   July 23, 2026 coincided with Major Heat. Riding the festive buzz of the 36th Qingdao International Beer Festival, all Liyang staff based in Qingdao could no longer hold back their excitement. Instead of joining the massive crowds at the West Coast venue, we headed for the Century Square Beer City at the Laoshan Venue. Stepping away from computer screens and work stress, we embarked on a joyful journey to “unwind” and “recharge” amid mountains and the sea.

  The biggest highlight of this year’s Laoshan venue is its boundless layout. Fences and redundant security checks have been removed entirely, opening up this 100,000-square-meter beer garden to all visitors. We filed in along Miaoling Road and were immediately immersed in the laid-back vibes of the Chill Beer Park and Qingdao Tide Block. Freed from physical barriers, everyone felt instantly relaxed. We strolled, took photos and laughed together—no longer merely colleagues, but close companions hanging out side by side.

A trip to Qingdao is never complete without Tsingtao Beer!

  Inside the Tsingtao Beer Pavilion, a battle of “freshness” began. From the crisp Classic 1903 to rich and full-bodied Augerta, plus unfiltered raw beer exclusively available at the brewery origin. Watching thick, creamy foam spill over the rims of our mugs, we took refreshing sips filled with rich malt fragrance that washed away all work fatigue in an instant. We clinked our glasses together, and the sound of colliding cups became the most beautiful soundtrack of this summer.

Beer is just the prelude; joy is the main course!

   At the Mood Fermentation Hub, we shed all traces of workplace weariness. Laughter bridged gaps between different departments, greatly boosting team cohesion and tacit understanding.

  As night fell, the twinkling lights of Century Square shimmered in harmony with the rippling waves off Shilaoren Beach.Warm with gentle tipsiness and fully recharged, we headed back home.Though our team-building outing for the 36th Beer Festival has come to an end, the passion of all Liyang members has only just been ignited.In the future, may we be just like the beer we held tonight: refreshing on the first sip, lingering wonderfully on the finish, and brimming with endless vitality and enthusiasm!
