On December 23, 2018 at 2:30 pm, the "Liyang Technology" Scholarship Award Ceremony was held at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. Li Wei, General Manager of Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. and an outstanding alumnus of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, Zhao Liqun, Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Fang Qinghong, Dean, Sun Jing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Liu Dachen, Director of the High Material Teaching and Research Office, and more than 200 students from the School of Materials Science and Technology attended the award ceremony.

In his speech, outstanding alumnus Li Wei reviewed his entrepreneurial experience, encouraged award-winning students to cherish opportunities, work hard to learn, and also issued a recruitment notice for interns. He welcomed younger students to intern in the company, broaden their horizons, enhance their abilities, and expressed support and good wishes for the development of the alma mater's career.

Dean Fang Qinghong of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology expressed his hope that every award-winning student can "work hard and set sail" in line with the "Liyang" corporate philosophy, learn from outstanding alumnus Li Wei, be grateful, be independent, confident, and self reliant, spread positive energy, and become a useful talent for society and the country.
