On April 7, 2017, the cooperation project between Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Demark Tire Co., Ltd. officially kicked off. At 2:00 pm on the same day, a kickoff meeting for the production management consulting project was held in the conference room on the second floor of Shandong Demark Tire Company, presided over by Mr. Shang, the general manager of Demark Tire Company. The heads of relevant departments such as production, technology, quality, equipment, manpower, finance, sales, and procurement attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Shang, the General Manager of Demark, gave an important speech: In order to improve the current production management level as soon as possible, after multiple investigations and consultations, we finally chose to cooperate with Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., a well-known company in the tire industry, for the project. We also put forward expectations and requirements for the cooperation between the two parties, hoping that Demark personnel can cooperate well with the work of the Qingdao Liyang project team.

Next, Mr. Li, the General Manager of Qingdao Liyang Company, gave an important speech: Firstly, he expressed gratitude for providing a platform for cooperation with Demark. Secondly, based on the investigation and understanding of the production site in the early stage, he analyzed the company's organizational framework, production management, quality management, energy conservation and consumption reduction, personnel training, system construction and other aspects, and proposed specific work plans and goals, laying a solid foundation for the company to achieve new development and breakthroughs in production management, quality improvement, cost reduction and other aspects.
