On October 10, 2019, Bai Tao, Vice General Manager of Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., Cao Xinjun, and R&D Manager Xue Fengxi, along with their team, attended the 2019 Qingdao International Procurement and Cooperation Fair for Small and Medium sized Enterprises hosted by the Qingdao Municipal People's Government at the Shangri La Hotel in Qingdao.

Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. has collaborated with Mr. Kavi from DSL Holdings PVT Ltd in Sri Lanka on tire procurement and technical cooperation, provided technical support and services to Mr. Essam from Ritaj Import and Export Co., Ltd. in Algeria on tire procurement and factory construction cooperation, and held talks with Ussurmtehsnab LLC in Russia and Wenzhou Dameixi Imports&Exports Ltd in Mexico on rubber product cooperation.

Qingdao Liyang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. and Algerian Ritaj Import and Export Co., Ltd. will continue to maintain communication on providing technical support and services for cooperative factory construction.
